Important Fall Concert Reminders for ALL Campbell Music Families!
Greetings!
We are looking forward to seeing you at the upcoming Campbell Fall Music Concerts this week!
Please find attached and below the Stage Plan for both evenings that were previosly distributed to all Music Students.
Kindly note the important information regarding arrival times for dress rehearsal as well as important uniform information.

FALL MUSIC CONCERTS:
When: Tuesday, October 22 and Wednesday, October 23
7:00pm Concert Begins
DRESS REHEARSAL TIMES!!!!
ALL MUSIC STUDENTS MUST BE ON TIME FOR DRESS REHEARSAL!!! To make the best use of our time and to avoid congestion in certain areas, we will use the following warm up schedule. As we have a small amount of time, plan ahead so that you are on time!
ALSO - PLEASE NOTE UNIFORM DISTRIBUTION TIMES BELOW AND PLAN ACCORDINGLY TO ENSURE YOU ARE ON TIME!

CONCERT UNIFORM
| Grade 9: | Black Dress Pants, Black Socks, Black Dress Shoes, Campbell Music T-Shirt which will be distributed Monday Oct. 21 @ 12:00-12:15pm |
| Dress Uniform: | Black Campbell Uniform Dress, Green Scarf Black nylons, Low-heeled Dress Shoes (closed-toe) |
| Vest/Tie Uniform: | Black long-sleeved collared dress shirt, Black dress pants, Black socks, Black dress shoes, Grey Vest and Green Campbell Music Tie |
NO JEANS, NO CASUAL PANTS, NO RUNNING SHOES!
HAIR MUST BE COMPLETELY TIED BACK FROM FACE USING BLACK HAIR TIES, NO VISIBLE JEWELRY
GRADE 9 T-SHIRT DISTRIBUTION
ALL Grade 9 Music (Band and Choir) Students must pick up their t-shirts at the following time in the Auditorium:
Monday, Oct. 21

INTERMEDIATE & SENIOR UNIFORM DISTRIBUTION
ALL THOSE WEARING VEST/TIE UNIFORM must pick up their vests & ties at the following times in Practice Room A (Chamber Choir members need not come if you already have a vest & tie):

ALL THOSE WEARING DRESS UNIFORM must pick up their scarves at the following times (Chamber Choir members need not come if you already have a scarf):

CONCERT ETIQUETTE
It is very important that all music students be absolutely silent when changing over the groups in the middle of the concert! All students are to be in the auditorium to watch each group perform until the end of the concerts. Seats will be reserved for each concert group at the front of the auditorium.
IMPORTANT INFO FOR BAND STUDENTS!
Students with medium and small instruments will hold their instruments and music at their assigned seating spot before and after they have performed. Tuba, Euphonium, Baritone Sax, and Bass Clarinet players will place their instruments at the assigned spots at the side of the auditorium. Bands will have assigned seating in front of the band set-up, Choirs will have assigned seating in front of the choir set-up!
ABSOLUTELY NO STUDENTS ARE TO BE IN THE HALLS BEFORE OR DURING THE PERFORMANCE!!!
CLEAN-UP RESPONSIBILITIES
All choir students are responsible for assisting with the cleanup after the concert.
Things to Do:
All chairs in auditorium stacked
All Choir risers pushed back in position
All warm-up areas clean and returned to proper condition.
